Inside Sales Account Executive

Our company is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a positive, ambitious individual to join our team. As an Inside Sales Account Executive at iLobby, you will be part of an enthusiastic and energetic team that is leading the Enterprise Visitor Management industry globally.

In this role, you will identify, research, connect with, and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients and partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating the leads and account strategy creation and implementation, sales account management, product training and education to a select number of enterprise customers. You’ll have high levels of credibility and the ability to build influential relationships with senior stakeholders.

The role is based in Toronto location, and it is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with potential clients to understand and identify their unique challenges, and identify how iLobby’s solutions fit those needs
  • Develop product expertise in order to recommend clients the best-fit solution for their business
  • Engage with various stakeholders at the executive level during the sales process, ensuring that all customer questions and concerns have been addressed
  • Develop and qualify leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and leading generation campaigns
  • Identify and manage new accounts within assigned industries and areas
  • Handling objections, negotiating price, and coordinating the purchasing process
  • When appropriate, work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities
  • Coordinate with Deployment Department to ensure that the correct devices and equipment have been shipped to the client
  • Build strong customer relationships and act as the main point of contact during the sales cycle
  • Use Salesforce to track and manage leads
  • Attend trade shows and industry functions

 Requirements

  • BA or equivalent with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience
  • The ability to develop sales strategies for domestic and international territories
  • Clear understanding of sales cycles, and the ability to manage customer issues
  • Sales experience in enterprise software
  • Excellent communication skills
