Statement of Commitment

iLobby Corp. strives to meet the needs of its employees and customers with disabilities and is working hard to remove and prevent barriers to accessibility. The Company is committed to fulfilling our requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005. This accessibility plan outlines the steps we are taking to meet those requirements and to improve opportunities for people with disabilities.

Our plan shows how we will play our role in making Ontario an accessible province for all Ontarians. The plan is reviewed and updated at least once every 5 years.

We train every person as soon as practicable after being hired and provide training in respect of any changes to the policies.

Accessibility Policies

iLobby Corp. has developed and implemented accessibility policies to meet the needs of people with disabilities. These policies will be reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis, to ensure that accessibility requirements are met.

iLobby Corp will ensure that its accessibility policies are available to the public upon request which includes accessible formats.

Information & Communication

Our services are business to business and our client base consists of corporations. We are flexible to accommodate accessibility requests of client representatives.

Our client base does not physically come to the office. Contact method is via phone or virtual. There is a customer portal where if clients require any special accommodation requests, they can make this through the portal.

Our proposed action and initiatives for the next 5 years is to continue to provide any client who requires accessibility accommodations, to ensure our public websites are easily accessible to people with disabilities.

Accessible Public Websites

To fulfill this commitment, iLobby is working to ensure our public websites meet specified requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (the “WCAG 2.0”). The WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines entail writing web content in clear language, providing alternative text for images, and ensuring websites can be navigated by keyboard.

  • The Company will continually ensure to refresh public iLobby websites to conform to WCAG 2.0, Level AA.
  • From now through 2026, we will continually be working at or reworking existing public websites to improve accessibility.

Feedback Process

Feedback from clients, employees, and partners regarding our accessibility plans and procedures is important to iLobby. If feedback processes are not accessible for a person with disability, the company will continue to work with the individual in a timely manner to receive and respond to their feedback in an accessible format. This feedback process will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. Thereby ensuring that feedback processes are accessible to persons with disabilities.

Mandatory training is being provided and will continue to be provided to all Ontario employees and volunteers. Consideration will be given whether the training needs to be modified depending on the recipients’ function within the organization. Training will be updated on an ongoing basis as new employees, volunteers and partners join the organization and as policies evolve. The HR department is responsible for reviewing and delivering up to date accessibility training on an annual basis or when required.
